How To Win:
1. Spend RM10 on food in a single receipt + one 16oz Pepsi OR 7UP OR Revive OR Mirinda dispenser drink in a single receipt at Food Republic Pavilion KL
2. Get the entry form from drink stall staff. Answer two simple questions and fill in your personal details.
3. Staple receipts together with the entry form and submit the completed form.
Terms & Conditions:
1. This contest is organized by Food Republic Pavilion KL and Permanis Sandilands Sdn Bhd and is open to all Malaysian and Non-Malaysian citizens except employees of organizers (including its associated and related companies) and their immediate family members are NOT eligible to participate.
2. This contest will run from March 4th to April 7th 2013. Entries received after the closing date will be disqualified. The organizers reserve the right to vary the contest period at anytime without prior notice.
3. To participate in this Contest, participants are required to answer two questions, fill in all personal details and attach proof of purchase (receipt) of minimum spend of RM10 on food and minimum 1 cup of 16oz Pepsi, Mirinda, 7Up or Revive dispenser drink from Food Republic Pavilion.
4. Participants can send in entries throughout the contest period. There will be weekly rounds for the weekly prizes. For the final round and main prizes, all entries received, even winners of previous rounds will be eligible to participate.
5. Participants can send in many entry forms as they wish in the entire week. However, each entry forms must be attached with the required proof of purchase as started in point (3).
6. Incomplete, illegible, incorrect, damaged, late or lost entry forms without the required proof of purchase will be disqualified.
7. Completed contest form(s) with attached original receipt must be dropped into the contest box at Food Republic Pavilion KL.
8. Winners will be notified by email and telephone within 5 days after ended the contest of each week. All prizes must be claimed within one (1) month from the end of the contest period. Prizes will not be couriered. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
9. Prizes are not transferable.
10. Food Republic Pavilion KL reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with alternative prizes of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are given on an “as is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash, credit, other items or vouchers in part or in full.
11. Participants and winners shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, personal injury, damage, claim or accidents resulting from their participation in this contest, redemption and/or utilization of the prizes and agree to release and hold the organizer free of any liability.
12. All transportation, accommodation, personal cost and/or any other cost and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate n this contest as well as to redeem the prizes are the sole responsibility of the participants and winners.
13. Food Republic Pavilion KL reserves the right to use the winners’ names and/or photographs for purposes of advertising, publicity, and marketing communication without any compensation or notification to the participants.
14. By participating in this contest participants agree to be bound by the official terms and conditions.
15. Judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entertained.
