How to participate:

1. Collect Chek Hup packaging bar code(s).
    
2. Fill up the contest form and attach the bar code(s) to the contest form.
    
3. Mail your contest form together with the bar code(s) to Chek Hup "50th Anniversary 50 Prizes" Contest address as written on the contest form.

The participant who answered all three questions correctly and with the most bar codes (and receipts  if you choose to submit the contest form directly to Chek Hup's personnel during their roadshow) shall win the 1st Prize. The particpant who answered all three questions correctly and with the second most bar codes and receipts shall win the 2nd Prize; and so forth.

20 most creative answer to "kenapa anda ingin makan malam dengan Adira" shall win a chance to dine with Adira.
