Contest period:  1 July - 31 August 2015

Prizes: Daily prizes x 620 (10 winners daily): RM1,000 cash each

How to participate:

1. Purchase any participating Dutch Lady product from selected outlets. Every 15 points collected from the purchase will be entitled for an entry to the Contest.
    
2. Answer 1 simple question in the Contest form.
    
3. Fill up the Contest form and attached it with the purchased Dutch Lady's barcode as proof of purchase.
    
4. Send your Contest form with the attached barcodes using ordinary mail to:
   Peraduan Jom Menang Duit Raya Dutch Lady, 
   Peti Surat 3203, 47507 Subang Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
