How to participate:

1. Purchase two (2) Mighty White Muffin. Keep both wrappers and purchase receipt to be submitted together with the contest form.
    
2. Download the contest form from the link below, print it out, then fill it up together with the correct answer to a very simple question.
    
3. Attached both wrappers and purchase receipt to the contest form and mail it to:
