How to participate:

1. Purchase a minimum 1x of any AGNESI Products under SHRIRO (Malaysia) SDN BHD distribution from any outlet with electronic receipts or hand written receipts with outlet company stamps provided. 
    
2. You may join this contest via normal mail, WhatsApp or Facebook:
1. Via normal mail: Fill up the form; attach the proof of purchase as per receipt and send to:

3. Via Facebook: Take a picture of the receipt and send it to SHRIRO FOODIES at the Facebook Page;  together with Fullname, NRIC and Address. Please do retain the Original Receipt in case where verification is required.
    
3. Every contest form, WhatsApp or Facebook submitted with valid receipt = One (1) Qualified Entry.
