How to participate:

1. Buy any participating MILO UHT pack worth RM4 and above in a single receipt during the contest period. Every RM4 will be given 1 Serial Number.
    
2. Write down on the original single printed receipt, the required details
• Your full name
• Your identification number
• Correct answer to the count of MILO® UHT products in the illustration shown on the Contest entry form
   
3. Submit your entry either via postal or WhatsApp application
• Via Postal – Complete the entry form, attached the original single printed receipt, affixed sufficient stamps and mail it via normal mail to the address given on the entry form. (1 form and 1 receipt in 1 envelope)
• Via WhatsApp application – Snapshot the original single printed receipt complete with the required details, outlet name, date of purchase, MILO® UHT participating product and purchase amount. Submit the picture via WhatsApp to 011-5115 4938.
