How to participate:

1. Just purchase a can of Specially-Marked Seven Seas Nutri-Trio in participating pharmacies.
    
2. Open up the can and you will find a sealed pack with a redemption card. Fill in the winning code and product batch number in the redemption form.
    
3. Tick the correct answer to the question in the redemption form. 
    
4. Fill in your details in the redemption form. 
    
5. Mail your redemption form to:
